Nutritional Information

In healthcare, nutrition is an essential part of recovery, immunity, and overall well-being. That’s why at Sparckitchen, we develop products that are rich in nutritional value—with the right balance of protein, fat, and salt.

Our products contain an average of 30 grams of protein per 100 grams, making them suitable for high-protein diets. In addition, we comfortably adhere to the guideline of no more than 1 gram of salt per 100 grams.

This ground beef meatball with LESS® contains 48% meat, 19.1 grams of protein, and 0.4 grams of salt. The meatball is lightly seasoned with traditional meatball spices. LESS® is made from wheat.

Vegan Döner Kebab

The Vegan Döner Kebab is made from wheat, sliced paper-thin, and seasoned with shawarma spices. Delicious in a wrap, pita, or as the base for a vegan kapsalon.

Vegan Mince

Minced wheat. High in protein and perfect for sauces, casseroles, or as a topping.

Meatless Medallion

The Meatless Medallions weigh 30 grams each and are made from wheat, flaxseed, and delicious herbs and spices. The product is full of flavor and packed with protein.

Sustainable procurement and reducing the carbon footprint are central themes within the Green Deal for Sustainable Healthcare and other sector-wide goals. Our solutions not only reduce environmental impact but also contribute to healthier eating habits and future-proof healthcare.

The new half-and-half

The food transition calls for smart solutions that are both sustainable and nutritious. Blended products—a combination of animal and plant-based ingredients—offer a powerful solution to this challenge. For example, by partially replacing beef with plant-based components such as wheat, we significantly reduce CO₂ emissions while simultaneously improving nutritional value: less saturated fat, more fiber, and a higher protein content.

At Sparckitchen, we prefer to call it “the new half-and-half”—a familiar concept with a modern twist. It retains the recognizable taste and texture that consumers love, but with a much lower impact on people and the planet. This is how we make the transition to more sustainable food achievable, without compromising on taste or quality.
